You had a problem with them before and they did sod all ? You then go on to say they sorted it out perfectly actually just not in the time frame you would like ? I feel sorry for Amazon !

And you can order another in time for Christmas, guaranteed Christmas delivery right up to 22 or 23 with some retailers. You can order from Game.co.uk up to 2pm on sunday for Christmas delivery.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Give them a call, I have also found them to be very good, I had a problem with an electrical product after 11 months, and still no problem with them sorting it all out.

Give them a call rather than emailing them, it will be more efficient.

PS emailing them in the evening and then expecting a rtesult within a couple of hours is not realisitc. Call.

i didn't say they did sod all last time,
i just know they wont do anything to resolve it this side of xmas as the product has been used,
email the only option as the phone help is closed until later on.
they have nearly £200 of mine now, i just want it back as quick as they took it off me

Frustrating I know,This is why I never buy anything of real value on the net incase of returns.

    Get yourself down to tescos.

Just to add my two pennies....OH accidentally bought 3 v. expensive text books recently well over £100 in total, she only wanted one. Telephoned Amazon who arranged a courier to pick the two unwanted items up at her work, delivery was to our home, for free and within two days. So I am quite impressed with their customer service.

Hope OP managed to sort out a replacement xbox for son...

    some good news,
they emailed me to offer a swap but said it would be after xmas, which was no good to me,
called em to refund me and they're now sending a new 1 out and promise it'll be here by weds, they arn't even asking or the faulty 1 back 1st!
panic over, would've been awful for my son not to have his main prezzy as my cc is just about at its max

I'm really pleased this worked out for you.
I think Amazon customer services are excellent, and you'd probably have had more hassle with another retailer.
    Have a good Christmas.
  • Glad you got it sorted, ive always found amazon's customer service to be top notch.
