bought my lad a xbox360 on 23rd nov for xmas.
just set it up tonight and it wont start up, powers up then the logo just freezes and nowt happens, wont load a game up either.
i want to know my rights to getting an immediate refund so i can try and get a new 1.
i paid via credit card.
i know if i wait for amazon to do their thing my son will be without his xmas prezzie,
i want to demand a refund asap or amazon deliver me a new xbox before tuesday which will be impossible as i dare say they will want the faulty 1 back 1st, but the timescale involved wont work.

Just log into your account and you can raise a return and a courier to collect.
You will have to place another order for a new one.
Thats the quickest way, or give them aring and they may collect and send another in one go0 -
Amazon will only send out a replacement or refund you once they have the faulty Xbox back in their warehouse, and then they may take a couple of days to send out a replacement (stock permitting).
Basically, and sadly, you will probably not get it sorted before Xmas. I think that the only thing you can do is to buy one from somewhere else on the high street (online will probably not get delivered in time now), and send the faulty one back for a refund.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -

well all i need to know is that will issue a full refund asap, everything is open and used, even the extras i bought, the lot will go back.
i will have to go a try buy 1 from a more decent supplier and pay it off when i get a refund0 -

well,i emailed em hours ago and nowt.
might be looking on the downside, but you and i know both know the answer, they wont do sod all,
had a slight problem with them a while since and although it did get sorted ok, it did take a bit,
this problem is my kids xmas box xbox come ex-box! :rolleyes:0 -
