Beware of ordering UGGS/Juicy Couture from Bloomin direct

Hi,
I have had no end of problems with Bloomin Direct, and am still waiting for my items four weeks later! The site will let you order things and then tells you they are on backlog but you will receive them for xmas- i ordered mine four weeks ago- not for xmas! Absolutely useless- don't ruin anyone's christmas by thinking you have a pair of bargain UGG boots because they are unlikely to appear- even after christmas i imagine! Just be careful!
Anna

Just to let you know they have debited my account for part of the order and delivered part too. Hopefully they will not debit it for the remainder unless they delvier the items?

Hi everyone...
Please be aware of purchasing from this catalogue or online. I ordered a g star jacket on the 20th Nov for a birthday present and it has still not arrived. Tried callin them on a number of occassions and theres either a fault with there systems or no one will answer the phone... I've tried emailin them and everything and they have't got back in touch!!! I'm getting really worried about this now cause the jacket was nearly £60!!!0 -

Sorry to tell you this, but there is no way you will see your items, i paid £120 for an order back in september, still nothing. Tried to contact them several times by all methods and never any reply. very, very annoying  , dont know how they get away with trading. I have complained to trading standards but i dont suppose i will see my £120 again!!0 -
I have only seen your posts today and I too am having problems with Bloomin Direct. I ordered UGG boots in October 2008 which were eventually delivered. These were infact not real UGGS and just an exceptionally good copy... in addition they were faulty. On returning the item I requested a refund, although I initially got through to the company in February due to being closed down over the christmas period due to a fire at their warehouse they confirmed that they were sending my refund by cheque (even though I paid by debit card). It failed to be delivered. I have made several attempts to contact the company and I have also taken this to the small claims court but they have failed to even look at the mail received at their PO Box address.
Should you need to contact them their address is infact:
Bloomin Direct Ltd
The Ice Palace
Derby Street
Manchester
Lancashire
M8 8HF
If you try to call their number appears to have been disconnected. Good luck making any sort of claim from this company, it is clearly a fraud!0 -
Their last tax returns were 30/4/2008 so they must be going into liquidation.0

I too have had problems with bloomin direct, ordered uggs and received fakes, sent them back in January still no refund. Gone through small claims and the bailliffs have said Bloomin Direct at the Ice palace is vacant, so they have !!!!!!ed off with my money. Need to find another address so I can put another warrant out for the bailiffs to get my money. Don't want to give up but its costing me a fortune. Any ideas anyone?0

Um well, I am an affiliate for them and They do pay out. So in my books they have not scammed me once, and this is for not even ordering anything!0
