Hi
Im currently unemployed an looking at starting a new job in January - its about £14,000 a year pro rata and Ill be doing part time hours (20 per week) so not sure of exact salary - abour £8000 i imagine - I qualify for tax credits - over 25 and disabled so how much am I looking at getting roughly? Just wondered if anyone on a similar wage/hours who gets tax credits could let me know?
Im assuming with tax credits ill hvae enough to live on and wont need to claim any housing benefit etc would be great to hear of any other situations the same and if its possible to do this job or if i will need to find a second part time job?
Thanks

neither site is helpful - have already tried these and only want to know past income - my tax credits have been calculated on current income in past.:j Debt-Free-Wannabe! :jDeclutter/Ebay/Savings0

I use the Tax Credits one, but put this years income in where it asks for last years. Gave me pretty exact information compared to what we got awarded.Cheryl0
