Best Software for Defrags/Optomisation?

Hello,
I am still on XP looking for the best Best Software for Defrags/Optomisation?of Registry I know there is lots of RogueWare there that gives you lots of false positives in other to alarm you in order to entice people to purchase them.

Looking for something in particular that you could Schedule for automatic running
Freeware or Shareware?

I would suggest to NOT touch the registry

Id run CCLEANER ONLY for registries. All other programs I know of can (And do) make a mess of things occasionally

and defraggler for defragging (Only needs to be done once every 3 months or so)

Ive used various 'tuneing' utilities in my time and came to the conclusion they are NOT worth the risk (Including 'tuneup utilities' which people seem to think is the best)
