not too sure really
sorry
xTHANK MEEE:j0 -
cost of a data protection request likely to be more than getting listings from each of the agencies at £2 a time..?Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0 -
Well, I've voted but, regardless of what we may think, lenders are unlikely to disclose which agency or agencies they use. To do so would invite all the applicants with negative data held there, to apply to one of their competitors instead. Similarly, the lender would tend to get applicants who scored well at said agency, though not necessarily at the other two.
As long as the present set-up of three agencies persists, I can't see things changing
much, TBH.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
i think they should as they are looking at all of our private/personnal infoyou cant change yesterdaybut you can make tomorrow better0

I agree too, but I think Moggles is correct, it will not happen because it is not in their interests, unless of course an Act of Parliament is passed to this effect.0 -
i agree that it will never happen but i think it should!
i think it is very unfair that they get to see everything about you at least they could state which agency they use maybe im wrong but for me this is a big issueyou cant change yesterdaybut you can make tomorrow better0 -

a bit confused..
why is it a big issue?
it it because there are bad things about you on one agency and not the others
or too little good information on one but good things on the others.0 -

Do you mean you want banks to tell you on application of which company they use? because this table shows you that info already, so you can find the info anyway with out having to ask or demand banks to give you the info.0
