nectar/cd-wow order not arrived

I ordered via Nectar Points too. One CD and one DVD both arrived! But both the wrong items!! No problem I thought and returned them to the Freepost address with a certificate of posting. I've been emailing them since November for a replacement and am still awaiting. It seems that when you order via Nectar it either goes 100% brilliant or 100% wrong!0

I have ordered quite a few CDs and DVDs with them via Nectar and have never had any problems.:dance: :dance::dance:0

I ordered a DVD from CD-WOW via Nector and waited months for it to never arrived. I was told by Nector that I should deal directly with CD-WOW and finally after about 6 months I got my Nector points refunded.
Don't use CD-WoW via Nector, the system just doesn't work0 -
I have bought a few CD's via nectar and cd wow..looks like i have been lucky as i had no probs. i ordered kieser chiefs tow weeks agi and it arrived within about 4 days0

I ordered a DVD in November asell, what a surprise still not here, have contacted them by email and have received numerous emails back from them all the same, saying they are having problems with their suppliers and will contact me in 21 days.0

Have to admit I thought my case was a one-off until I saw some of the problems here - November was obviously a bad month to be ordering from CDWOW. I've been waiting since mid-March and, despite getting the same re-cycled emails telling to wait for 21 days, I'm still waiting. I don't know whether Nectar (whose points I used to order my DVD) are aware of the extent of the problem, or how bad the non-delivery from this so-called service partner of theirs really is, but they need to be aware because it's in danger dragging their reputation down with them.
This CDWOW outfit is quite possibly the worst internet outfit I've had the misfortune to deal with, and all I'm getting is empty promises. How on earth can they afford to do business with service so poor as this. Or maybe they're in trouble themselves and just not admitting it?
Here is the reply to the latest email I got tonight:
We have complete confidence in our delivery partners; however, due to varying factors out of our control, there may be occasions when deliveries are delayed. We are confident that delivery will be made shortly and appreciate your patience. Should your item not arrive after 21 days of the original shipment date please notify us by return e-mail.
I'd say their confidence in their delivery partners is severely mis-placed.0
