Cannot e-mail Dell using my customer number

Not sure where to post this but I know a lot of you have bought from Dell. I can log in my account but do not seem to be able to e-mail customer care. Everything I do, I get the message wrong customer number and I know I have got the right one. Checking my invoice, there are two numbers one is Customer number starting with GB and the other is Dell order. I want to e-mail them as I was sent the wrong mouse with my order. I did specify I want the free optical mouse. I have e-mailed the manager dealing with my order and have not heard from her. What do you think I should do guys? I have bought 3 yrs basic insurance and there is nothing in writing. Thanks

send the customer care department an email through the Customer care link, don't log yourself in and just follow the links to an Email customer Service page. You can then enter all your details manually.

The other option is to phone them...

Try emailing Karthik_Murari@Dell.com, he sorted out my the cancellation of my order when CS were just going round and round in circles.
