I had won £50 Debenhams voucher but cant take it as not in Wiltshire

I just had GWR Wiltshire on the phone,I had won day 9 of their advent calendar competition for a £50 Debenhams voucher to spend in their store excluding Consessions and unfortunately I couldnt take that prize with being in Devon so asked them to redraw it who is closer in Wiltshire.The prize was going to be presented in the Wiltshire Store,Never mind cant win everything but the man was lovely and wished me a happy Christmas anyway.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhh no thats a shame couldnt they have posted it to you? my DD had a call from them too she has to go collect her prize too but luckily we live in wiltshire

What a shame, why couldn't they post it to you so you could use it in any debenhams, hope you get a big win to make up for this. i also live in devon so getting to any debenhams takes a long drive. Our nearest one is in Exeter which is an hour+ drive away!!

Sadly I rang them tonight to see if it could be posted to find they had redrawn it at my request,waiting to see if they will send me something to replace the lost win.
