MP3's from Virgin will be protected by DRM. Do you know if your player will play DRM encoded files? Maybe we can help a bit more if you post the make and model of your player.
If so, these files usually need to be 'synced' with your MP3 player to allow the songs to play. Windows Media Player 10 does this. As this is what I use for the few DRM songs I have, I can't comment on what other software does it.
I know a simple copy/paste, drag/drop doesn't work for me with DRM files for my Creative Muvo MP3.Dave. :wave:0 -

You won't be able to play any tracks you've subscribed to or paid for on the Virgin site.
You will have to get files that are not DRM protected. This removes most of the UK sites.Dave. :wave:0
