Bye Maz - have a great time!
I'm just waiting for DS to return from school so I can take him to my Ma's then I can go for my hospital appointment
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
I hope everything goes well for you at the hospital Linda xxx
We have to take MIL to doctors about this memory loss thing thats going on later today:(
But first I have to pick up DS2 from school at 1.30pm then go and drop brocken Xbox off at shipping depot (they couldnt make it easy and opt for post office).
I am defo up for a Friday Night party as its the last Friday before Crimbo:T ....................I have mucho vin rouge and plan to get happily sozzled while OH is out on his Christmas night out with work.
Catch you all later me lovlies:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Not doing TOO bad but stressssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!! My treadmill arrived and it's not only the wrong one but it's also broken. I can't move the damn thing out of my living room because I've cut the cable ties so the box will collapse if I try to move it, and anyway it's waaay too heavy for me to lift alone (was just opening the box so that someone could help me lift it out and take it upstairs later.....cos I'd finally decided it was going in my bedroom).By 11am - pack kids stuff for weekend
By 12pm - [STRIKE]clean bathroom[/STRIKE]
By 1pm - [STRIKE]feed kids[/STRIKE] and wash up
By 2pm - [STRIKE]dust/polish/vac bedrooms[/STRIKE]
By 3pm - go through Xmas presents and see if I need to buy any more presents for the kids & polish living room
By 4pm - prepare rest of food for this evening (chop chicken, onions, find bowls for everything) whilst simultaneously feeding the kids
By 5pm - bath, pluck eyebrows, paint nails
By 5.30pm - do hair
At 6pm - Stu collecting kids - vac living room and dining area, do make-up and get ready
At 6.30pm - go and pick my friend up who is coming to my house before going on a date - call for peppers on way
Then back home, chop peppers up, so I can just bung everything in a pan when he gets here (which could be any time from 7.30pm till about 9pm depending on traffic), light nice smelling candles to disguise any cooking smells, have a glass of wine and try to look like I'm well organised, relaxed and not nervous at all...
Ohhhhhhhhhh my god!!!!
So now half my living room floor (and I'm not exaggerating) is taken up by a huge boxm which the kids keep trying to open/climb on.
I've just rung Argos and 'persuaded' them to collect it today (please please turn up!!!) but to be honest, without the cable ties on, I really have no idea how they're going to get it back out of my house!
They're going to refund the money because the one I wanted is now out of stock - think I might just go back to running outside once a week and maybe try to find a payg gym for another session per week, but I'm not sure there are any round here."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Afternoon everyone! I missed Maz - hope she has a fab time :T very green with envy here.
Good luck Linda, let us know how you get on - and tuck in!
Snaggles, very sexy underwear! Gorgeous
Have a wonderful night... how's the list going?
Elliot spent the morning with his nanna so we could clear stuff out of his room and well, nothing got done  Nevermind eh! Little angel is now having a nap so I should really get a move on...
I am SO organised for Christmas. All the sweets, nibbles, and wine are bought (may have got stuck into the wine already  ) - I've done a full-on meal plan including breakfasts and lunches so there is no scope for 'hmm I don't know what to eat' - and I've written a list of all the last bits of food I need to get on Tuesday - turkey, fresh veg and fruit etc - and it should come in under budget :T
Also we have just banked £173 from all our loose change this year :T0 -
Party? Yes please. Can we start now?:beer:0
