Friday 19th Chat - Jingle Bells....

Morning all

Have woken up in a foul mood today :( PMT and lack of sleep. Kept having weird dreams, think it was all that talk of cheese last night Lou!

Haven't got much planned today, run while DD is at pre-school then Im having my hair cut at 2pm, which I am so looking forward too...so much I was dreaming about that too.

Nice evening relaxing tonight then need to prepare for this wedding im photographing tomorrow

Hows everyone else today??

Morning all. Another early wake up for me. Hubbles' alarm went at 6.45 and Casper made sure I didn't get back to sleep...I'm enjoying a nice relaxed cuppa in bed.

Not sure what's on the cards today. More pottering, some knitting, prezzie wrapping and list of final bits to get. Hubbles' work Xmas dinner tonight so don't expect he'll be home before tomorrow ...

    Have a great day everyone

  • morning -yaawwwnnnn......OH was up and away early as he has to be in a meeting in Bristol this morning.

Off to work in a few minutes. christmas lunch/dinner thingy today -still think a 3.30pm start is weird, especially for eating a 3 course meal! Not really sure about getting there, I'm guessing most people will drive straight from work and then home again, can't see it being the party of the year!

Sally - I need to get my hair cut too - it's getting a bit overly scarecrow at the moment !

Never mind, I'll stick the sherry trifle back in the fridge;)

Sorry you had a bad night. On the plus side things are bound to get better, right? You could always try the crazy dancing thing...

I am  as I have checked my bank and only got paid 472 so am going to head to work later and pick up my pay slip and find out whats happening. I should be getting 2 months of emergency tax back (about 250) and if work havent sorted it out yet then I'll be getting very cross with them.

  • certainly is sally - I've not had kangaroo before and I'm wondering whether it will taste like steak, or darker maybe, like venison.

Haven't had my hair cut since 2 weeks before the Leeds meet, so that's around mid August!!! I've had 4 random comments over the last couple of weeks about how lovely my hair is whilst out and about, which is nice, but it really needs cutting, the amount of back combing and hairspray used to keep its oomph is getting a bit out of control!

Has everyone finished all their present shopping? I got a last stocking filler from Firebox last night but apart from that I'm finished. Food is coming 22 and 23 so I'm just about there.

I would love to have hair with a bit of curl...mine is just slightly wavy, very non plus which means it either needs straigtening or curling to make it respectable to leave the house!

More or less finished BB just a few bits which I'll get on Monday. Going to go to Big asda in Poole on Sunday as DH has £75 gift card from work so that should get the food for the next week. (and more I hope)
