Finishing Concrete Floor

I am having a garage delivered and installed next week, but the concrete slab was laid in early Dec.

After it has been erected,i would like to finish the floor with oil resistant paint, but at the moment, there are slight marks left when they screeded the wet concrete, and this would look bad if i painted directly onto it.

Would i have to put down a self leveling compound first, then paint later? or could i get it coloured already?

Does anybody know what they cost of self leveling compund is? my garage is approx 10ftx14ft.

Thanks in advance for any answers.
