Is there anywhere on this site that gives the phone number for Lloyds TSB ie a non 0845 number and preferably not one that leads to a foreign call centre.
I'm trying to sort out some problems with my account and phoned today was on the phone(from my mobile) to their 0845 number for nearly an hour: combination of being put on hold more times than I can remember and the Indian guy I was talking to not understanding a word I said in my scottish accent, in fact he transferred me to someone else at one point and they didn't understand me either.
Oh and I somehow ended up getting put through to someone who tried to sell me buildings and contents insurance costing 3x as much as the ones i already have even though i never asked for this.
ARGH

I knew I'd seen something about it somewhere on here but couldn't for the life of me find it.
Lets just hope that the next person I talk to understands my accent or I may have to write a letter instead yick.
thanks again

On the back of the card there's an international number, +44 113 I think. Just dial that with the +44 replaced with 0 ie: Leeds or somewhere.0
