Yes I'd eat them. I think in a world with ever-increasing populations it's inevitable that we'll have to find new ways to feed them all.
Nobel Prizewinner Norman Borlaug saved a billion lives with these crops. I think Penn says it best in this clip, it's easy to protest when you're not starving.
