Help with pricelimbo.com

Sorry I know this is in the wrong forum but I wasn't sure where to post it

Has anyone ever used pricelimbo.com?

My partner had some money taken out of her bank account by them, it would seem that it is like a monthly premium membership billing but she has never used the site before, let alone given them here card details.

I have tried to contact them a few times but with no reply, has anyone had to deal with them before or know how to contact them? Other than directly from their site.

Where or who could I complain to about them taking money from her account without her authorisation?
