Faulty Nintendo Wii and damaged game returned to Nintendo

Hi all,
I recently returned faulty Nintendo Wii back to Nintendo along with a damaged Sims game, the game was damaged by the Wii. I followed the instructions given by the advisor on the helpline to return the Wii, the advisor said the Wii would be repaired and to allow upto 2 weeks for it to be returned but the game would be replaced, he said this would take a little longer as it was not a Nintendo product. I waited an extra 2 weeks for the game and then decided to call the helpline to chase it up, the advisor stated that the game was not in the box when it was recieved back, I assured him I had packaged the parcel up and it was definately in there, I asked if there was any sign of the package being tampered with and he replied 'no'. He then suggested that I send a fax of a copy of the recorded delivery receipt as the weight 'should be' on there, I no longer have this receipt as I didn't expect this to happen as I have the Wii back, I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one??? There wasn't a complaints address either!!!!
I have emailed into them as it wouldn't matter if the weight was on the receipt anyway as the Wii and the game were packed well in bubble wrap. I feel like I have been made out to be a liar.
Does anyone have any advice???
Thanks
