    Please except my apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. The issue you are experiencing with HSBC are currently being investigated.

    Our Egg Money Manager I.T. team are working towards a resolution and it will be fixed within the next 3-5 working days.

    My HSBC mortgage is showing ok in First Directs 'Internet Banking Plus'.
    It uses the same software as egg in the background, but guess First direct would of known of any changes HSBC were making in advance.
