cheapest shares broker for buying euro shares

hi all
i want to buy some shares which are in euros and don't want to pay a load in exchanging pounds to euros.
i'm currently with hoodless and brennan who give a decent exchange rate and i know they are the cheapest for uk shares, but who is the cheapest for euro shares?
and also, does anyone know how to go about buying shares in say chinese companys or other foreign shares??
