Abbey Zero -- current T&Cs?

After a complicated and slow application process in the summer, I finally investigating activating my Abbey Zero card today. I know that they've introduced a £10 dormancy fee, but apart from that, I have no idea what the current terms and conditions are. Can anyone tell me where to find them online? Does the card still give 0% fees on foreign transactions?
