Mbna Payout!

Yahoo - ANOTHER credit card refund. I'm on a roll - and still two to go.

I was *convinced* that MBNA were going to stick by their first offer (£175) and not come through on the full amount, but I'm pleased to say I was wrong. :rotfl:

YIPPEE!

how do you claim them back im going to give it a shot for my mum
    you cant change yesterday
but you can make tomorrow better
  • I've had credit cards for over 25 years and never once had a charge.Same goes with my bank account.
I do get annoyed when people moan when the credit card companies put up interest rates ect. but it's ok for people who are'nt careful in the way they handle accounts to claim back charges.
I'd just be wary that it does'nt find a way of comng back to haunt you in some way.I can't see the finance companies letting it go unmarked.

well done not having a charge however sometimes it does not come down to managing money when you have missed payment due to other reasons so if your so good well done

  • I'm not saying I'm so good and I'm certainly not having a go.I apologise if I came over in that way.I just worry that it may cause problems later, you know what these companies are like. They're just going to make us all pay,one way or another.
I just can't see them letting people get away with it untouched and yes I do realise it's not all down to managing money and feel for anyone who has money problems.

there are people who are put into arrears for alot of reasons ie change of payment date without warning illness and even not being paid i would class these as good reasons to claim but for people that spend what they dont have is not a justified reason to claim so i think that they should be charged!
however there cant be one rule for one and another for someone else i think the banking would is on its @r5e right now!!
