Nokia 3110 Signal problems

in Techie Stuff
Been given nokia, supposedly locked to O2 but can't get any signal regardless of which sim I use. Any suggestions?

    Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper Photogenic
    suspect its been reported lost or stolen in the past, once its blocked then you get no signal
