Missing Clubcard points

Just checked my balance and have loads of points missing, had to send back some un-used clubcard deals vouchers in October and got a letter back saying the points will be re-credited back into may account. Called clubcard and they adv they will look into it...really angry if they have screwed up as it was about £50 in deals and cannot find the letter.
I hate migraines.
