Hi NIDA(lovely name:D ) We all deal with things differently,each to their own. I never went out of my house for about 4 mths(except work or tesco at 6am)but that was down to guilt/shame and yes i suppose whilst i was in my safe little 4 walls i could block it out too. Hope all is really ok with you if not you know how to pm me;) Dx
