I ordered a DS Game My Spanish Coach on the 2nd December. On the 9th Dec. I received a game but NOT the one I ordered, instead they had sent My French Coach! not much differene eh:rolleyes:
I immediately telephoned them asking for the correct one to be sent out ASAP and that I would return the wrongly sent game, I did this and faxed the proof of posting to them.I repeatedly emailed them asking them to at least acknowledge they had received the fax and when they would be sending out the correct game. They have just chosen to IGNORE me. I am furious as this is for a Xmas present and I will no longer get it now.
After yet another phone call they said they would give me a refund as they couldn't say when it would arrive! What a way to do business:mad: NEVER AGAIN I am STILL waiting for an apology!

she not very good at fixing the problem but will offer lots and lots of apologises, such as

'I'm sorry you feel that way'
'I'm sorry we didn't meet your expections etc.'

I personally find this kind of apology patronizing.

Ssssssss Thank you for the reply.......... The Hut are a JOKE and they haven't a CLUE about customer service. I will email Jackie Lowe.....but as you say all I am likely to get is the patronising apology that you mentioned, and that will make meeven madder.:mad: Don't they make you sick!

Well I'll be waiting with curiosity then for mine. I have ordered the exact same game from them only a few days ago, so wonder what I'll receive.

Hi There Sarah, I have now ordered it from Sentit.com a couple of days ago, and I got confirmation it had been sent today:j they were also a wee bit cheaper so thankfully things have turned out ok. I could have done without all the hassle though:rolleyes: Good Luck!

Hi Pete, Do you know I had a sneaky feeling that was the case:rolleyes:
I am just hoping it does turn up and that it is My Spanish Coach and not my My Chinese Coach:D I got the email saying it had been dispatched so fingers crossed!
