I was worried that someone had withdrawn money from my paypal account so i have checked my account by typing in address on my address bar and went to profile & email addresses and there is no sign of this email address so i am sure it is another new spoof email(sent to paypal to confirm but not heard back yet). so just beware if you get it..dont click the link.
