All States Car Hire - being struck off by Companies House

Info for anyone thinking of using allstatescarhire.com. This website is for a company called Holiday Cars Ltd which provides US car hire. I've used them before with no problems, but it looks like there are problems now.
Their website now shows an invalid security certificate, and Companies House records show that the company is in the process of being struck off - it hasn't filed any accounts since it was set up. (see https://www.companieshouse.gov.uk)

Not sure about the company status but there are plenty of alternative companies here.0
