Anyone have Microsoft Office or Outlook they can let me have a copy of?

Hi all, my husband need a copy of Microsoft office or just Outlook. Most recent edition if possible but he would be happy with 2003. Many thanks.

It's a bit unlikely that anyone will have a spare, fully licensed copy that they can legally give to you, and of course we're not allowed to ask on here for illegitimate, non-licensed copies.

But he will probably be happy with Mozilla Thunderbird (plus the Lightning calendar plugin), as it's very much like Outlook. If he needs spreadsheets, word processing, etc, then OpenOffice is a great alternative which can work with pretty much anything that Office can, and the file formats are all fully Office compatible. And they are both free.

Of course if he needs to connect to Microsoft Exchange, then perhaps someone needs to spend some money...
Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.

Or you'd assume that if it's for work purposes that the company in question would provide the appropriate software to connect to thieir systems
