Ahhhhh! Please help! - Unpaid Charges

Hi All,
I went to buy an item because I thought that I had the money to buy it, however upon further inspection I did not. I just checked my Online Banking and the following appeared.

17/12/2008 Credit £19.93 £2.84 PAYPAL PAYMENT
UNP
17/12/2008 Direct Debit -£19.93 £12.12 PAYPAL PAYMENT
DDR


So I currently have this outstanding payment, yet I have no money in my account! I can out some in tomorrow! But will I get charged for this silly blunder and if so how much?

My bank is Barclays...


I'm only 18! And I hope the charge isn't something outrageous like £50!!!

    You will be charged either £0, £8 or £22.

    Could you possibly tell me how much I will be charged so I can compensate for this next month...
