Me and OH have been in our rented property for just under a month...I just had a call from the letting agent saying our landlord has changed their contract to "lettings only" from "fully managed".
I am just wandering what this means? Obviously if we have any maintenance problems we now go to LL instead of LA, and we have been told to change our rent payments from LA to LL.
Do we need a new contract or does "lettings only" mean the contract remains with the LA?
I'm going to email our LL later on but I want a bit of background knowledge before doing so if possible?
