Hello
Just a warning about cheap airline Air Asia. We were booked to fly to Bangkok, however due to the recent events in Bangkok airport all flights were cancelled. We received a full refund for our flights booked via ebookers (london to Bangkok)however we had internal flights from Bangkok with the new cheap airline Air Asia. Basically they wont refund our flights - they just provide a credit voucher that must be used for a booking within 90 days, but the flight can be for whenever. Considering we were back in London 2 weeks later and the long haul flights dont start till March (not that we had any more hols planned), we have basically lost £120. Our travel insurance wouldn't pay out as it was due to an Act of Terrorism.
Cheers

American Airlines don't offer refunds either.
I had to cancel two flights to Vegas from London. AA offered vouchers valid for a year.0
