Best Credit limit on 'undesirable' credit cards

Hi, as posted in the best balance transfer thread, i have a bit of a problem.
I have £1300 on a barclaycard at 19.9% and £630 on a barclays fexiloan at 11%.
I would have liked to transfer these to a 12 month 0% as i could easily clear it in that time, but due to a default from British gas (already moaned about this before, so wont go into it now lol!) i cant get a 0% card.
Now barclays have offered me a low LOB transfer deal, or a 1.9% 9 month one, but i don't have any other cards to do the 'shuffle' with.
So, could anyone tell me what 'undesirable' type card would offer me a limit of atleast £2000? I realize these often don't do balance transfers, but i have a way around that.
Many thanks
