    what are the rates on your two cards, and your overdraft rate? i think there may be a cheaper way.

    all rates are very similar, about 18%

    this way the only fee i will pay will be the balance transfer to the virgin card. and and few days on my overdraft.

    In that case then yes, provided you are sure you will be accepted then its the cheapest way by far.

    ive applied online, got 8800 limit, 4-7 days for paperwork.

    is that classed as accepted?

    Well, when i applied online they told me to go swivel in about 45 seconds, so i guess so!
