Think this has only appeared on their website today:
http://www.westbrom.co.uk/westbrom/savings.product?id=4255&FROM_CAMPAIGN=true&CAMPAIGN_SRC=HOME_PAGE
Can only be run by post or phone and income must be taken monthly; 90 days notice on withdrawals; min investment £5,000
Rate is 4.75% rising to 5% at £100,000 (I think).
There is an error on their website - 1st tier stops at £9,999 and 2nd tier starts at £100,000 :rotfl:

Website now corrected: 4.75% is for accounts in the range £5,000 to £99,999.
Rate therefore effectively 4.75% gross as no more than £50,000 would be covered by the normal compensation scheme.0
