I just bought a house

It was realistically priced, only came on the market on Saturday. I offered 10k less than asking price (which was only 5k more than what they had paid for it in Jan 2004) - to complete by Feb 14th.
Now, I'm going to sit back and watch my new asset depreciate (but I decided that I only had money because of the HPI so I don't mind losing some of it in the HPC - correction of my personal wealth!)
