Has anyone managed to get a chargeback on a Visa CC? I have been in communications with my card provider (HSBC) for weeks about trying to get a chargeback for something I paid for on the web which never arrived.
They just seem to keep asking for the same information again and again. Is this a purposeful tactic so that I get so fed up I go away or has anyone had any luck with doing this? If you have been successful, how long did it take?
