digital DV camcorder ? what to go for ?

I am planning to buy a DV digital camcorder with LCD which will easily allow me to make DVds. I have no idea which camcorder to go for. though my budget is no more than £100, can someone pls advice.
i am looking for a camcorder which should have rechargable battery, sd/mmc card slot, easy to convert to DVd file format just like as if we are watching any film on a dvd...
