I don't get how other people can let the actions of their colleagues affect them in this way. If the guy was late, so what? As long as you weren't getting reprimanded for his lateness what has it got to do with you! Hehe.. that's just my philosophy of course. I just don't like it when people complain about other people in some kind of sanctimonious fashion!
But yeah what they all said - definately no excuses for being late! Just leave earlier. You'll be surprised how much better you'll start to feel when you're consistently early instead of late... and before too long I'm sure your bosses will notice it too!

:rotfl: :rotfl: Hardly, I believe the term you're looking for is factual.
The reason it bothered me is because there was 5 of us in the office, including the manager and while he was being late most days, it meant the rest of us were busier, taking calls he could have been taking. And when he was taking time off for fake doctors appointments etc we were busier.
If I worked in a huge office and it didn't affect me directly I wouldn't give two hoots what time he came in.:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy :heart:

I got someone to change the time on my alarm clock..... so if i woke up late in the morning (i wasnt even late!) but changing the time to say 15 mins or so made a mega different0
