I just wanted to let other people know about my experience today with Scottish Power. Basically I've had untold problems with their customer 'care' department getting my address wrong, addressing my bill to other people etc. Anyway, I called them the other day to complain again about a lack of response to a letter I sent them and after demanding to speak to a manager, had 15% knocked off my bill for all the inconvenience I had been put to (around £120!)
I just wanted to post that on here because others have really helped me recently so maybe someone else could benefit from this - GO FORTH AND COMPLAIN!
