Calling HSBC from abroad...

We have been calling HSBC from abroad for the last 5 months and have been welcomed by name after typing in our account number. They have given us details on our account but on returning to the U.K. they claim to have no knowledge of the calls and no record of the 3 different managers we spoke to....!!! We have given them time and dates but still no joy.... Any thoughts....??? Merry Christmas
