From the consumer Action Group site just now:
I am due to sue the Lloyds TSB shortly (again) for the same thing - Bank Charges. I have thought about stepping it up a gear and including the Chief Executive's name on the Court Summons? Can this be done - does anyone know? I was wondering whether it would stir them up a bit as surely the Chief Executive would hate this! Any ideas?
Answer:
No is the answer. Individuals no, company yes.
It would be nice but ultimately it would fail, the contract is with the bank not the CEO
I assume you have begun claiming against them?0 -

i also have an on going case against lloyds with ombudsman due to similar thing they set solicitors on me, combined 2 of my accounts one of them bein bank account which is on hold due to test case and ignore all my letters, every letter i had off them i replied recorded and not one response back just same standard letter once a month saying same thing. this has been going on since march. had lloyds themselves sendin me letters sayin i not responded even sent them all proof same with solicitors and debt collector all the same felt like banging head on brick wall for good part of year, i think lloyds are terrible i even wrote to chief exec with every detail included and copies of all letters sent and received was a good 20 pages and got reply and then lo and behold denied ever receiving anything off me when they wrote again month later.0
