help please, in mid january my rent allowance goes down to 55quid a week, this is a problem as its roughly 90 quid a week, and i am rapidly running out of savings, im on nil income as i got sacked from my job and have been activally seeking work ever since, what do i do about this???

who should i contact to see about benifits getting sorted?

What about moving smewhere cheaper? If this is the LHA for your area there should be places at that rent available.
