Good morning ym and welcome to the bad back club!
What with my horseriding, gym and swimming .... one or more parts of me is always war torn! I am sure I should be feeling fitter but I feel like I am two steps away from the knackers yard most days.

Just rang the court to make sure I had the right one.

I didn't Good job I found out today and did not go to the wrong court in the morning.

Lesson learnt. Double check everything

Talking about my back earlier there was nothing wrong with it when I found a £5 note laying on the floor in my local Asda. I was down quicker than the footsie I can tell you
