Monday 16th March....BR Eve

Thanks for all the good wishes so far . They are very much appreciated and help me in the fact that I am not alone in this ( at least not in theory )

All prepared paperwork and fee wise and not feeling too bad ATM about tomorrow.

Part of this BR is about getting my life back into shape so I thought I would buy a cheap bike for when I am feeling energetic and also boost my inner well being. Well the short of it is that my Outer wellbeing is feeling a bit bu*****d as I have hurt my back.

Note to self I am not 18 anymore and cannot do weelies and show off. I have to face the fact that I am more Louis Armstrong on a bike than Lance Armstrong
Had a good rest last night and only have a slight twinge so hopefully no permant damage done.

Going to chill today and take stock of life, love and the Universe

The film yesterday was good and not bad for 3 of Us at £3.

lol my OH went out in his freecycle gifted bike. so instead of nipping in the car off he cycled..only to return 20 mins later red faced puffed out and non e the worse for wear...:D

so to make him feel better i cooked a family favourite of syrup steamed sponge....

I think i should change my name...i just realsied all my posts have a home made cake reference in there somewhere...oh well could have worse vices i suppose:D
