Sunday 1st February...44 days to go
Happy Sunday
Hope you are all well. I am at work at the moment and we are expecting snow today so see what happens there.
Have now taken out all my cash to last me the month and it is the first time I have money set aside for Birthdays and even clothes
I am expecting the Halifax to play up shortly as I have just checked online and what with the £71 interest this month I am over my OD BY £66  . Will probably hear from them this week. Should be interesting this month as no doubt my creditors will be getting fidgety mind you I thought I would have heard from more as they did not get paid last month. The days are going down nicely now and to be honest I just want to get it over with. Still onwards and upwards
Hope you all have a lovely day

Hi YM - lucky you for not getting to much hassle. If you do, just sit tight knowing that they don't have time to do anything before your BR.

Think this month may be different though  . Mind you as you say not a lot they can do so will sit it out.

Hi Ym - hows things
just to say dont forget your forms i was frantically completing mine the night before panicing about wether i'd have enought ink in the printer to print out the 3 copys think it was about 100 odd pages in the end! - i didnt get much hassel from creditors (wasnt answering the phone though!) now when they phone its nice to tell them to deal with someone else - also some dont seem to understand when you tell them your bankrupt and still insist on asking me when i can pay them something - I told the or when i had my phone interview and they said they would deal with them all from now and not to worry.BR as of 14/1/2009

Saturday 7th February...38 days to go
Morning :hello:
Have not updated for a while. I seem to immerse myself for a couple of weeks and then have a break for a week or so. I find myself constantly thinking of BR and just need to step back now and again and have a rest
Not a lot has happened regarding my creditors hassling me. I have however decided to keep a league of who has sent the most letters and calls so far and see how this progresses nearer to BR date. So In at No 1
1..First direct.. 3 letters, 0 calls
2...Capital one.. 2 letters, 0 calls
3...Halifax......... 1 letter, 0 calls
4...Argos.......... 0 letters , 0 calls
5...Egg.............. 0 letters, 0 calls.
That will change and I will update as and when.
Recieved a letter from Payplan concerned that I have missed my first payment and as it is all new can I ring if I am finding the new payments hard. Now I am not going to knock them because they have been really good but I have been with them for 2 years !!! and you think they would know that or at least reply to my numerous emails and calls when I decided to stop my DMP payments:rolleyes:.
I have also decided to ditch BT and go with AOL Talk as they are my Tinternet provider. I still have to pay BT for line rental but all 01,02,03 calls are free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so hopefully will save a bit of dosh there.
Hope everyone is doing OK and off now to catch up elsewhere
Take care

Wednesday 11th February...34 days to go
Hi
Dissapeared thereagainfor a little while. I do apologise.
Not much to report really and the league table remains unchanged so far as I have had no more correspondence from any creditors. Probably tempting fate now but I thought it would have been a bit more full on as I have not paid them since the beginning of December and the first payments missed were for the start of Jan.Not going to complain and just over a month to go. Must admit the time has really flown since I started this countdown and starting to get a little bit nervous now.
Also need to start smiling again as I seem to be all doom and gloom for some reason and need to focus on what I have instead of what everyone else has and seems to be doing
Hope you have a good evening
