Any point in the ISA?

Well, I haven't built up a massive ISA allowance (about 2 years worth).
My ISA has just come out of icesave and now armed with my reinstatement certificate I wondering whether or not to stick it into a crappy 4.25% ISA or just carry on with the great regular savings accounts that keep coming up.
At the moment I've got a 10% Halifax one and an 8% Barclays one and current account is 8% Abbey up to 2500.
It just pains me to commit to such poor rates with the majority of my savings.
Any comments?

What happens in a year or 2 when rates are back up and you are losing out on £7200 worth of ISAs that you could have had?0

Also, what happens in 10 or 20 years when you could have hundreds of thousands of pounds in ISA.
Also, interest rates in real terms are not much different to what they were when you could get 6-8%.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
