Amazon (and Royal Mail)

26 hours after posting a return to Amazon the money has been credited back to my card.

Excellent service from both Royal Mail and Amazon. :T

Same Here, I took a rather large parcel to our local post office for return to Amazon the other morning and the following afternoon my account was credited. So easy too, with the return label printed off the website, I am very impressed.

I managed to order a present for OH twice, by using 'One click" then changing delivery.

Amazon were brilliant in stopping one dispatch and crediting me with the delivery fee immediately.

Amazon did a great job for me too. I bought a large item that arrived looking battered. Freephone hotline answered immediately, customer service rep very polite and helpful, dispatched new item immediately and sent me a label for carrier to pick up original item (I was able to set a date for return via their website). New package came very next day even though a Saturday.

I had cause for complaint with Amazon a few years ago (complaint letter not even acknowledged) but they really seem to have got their act together now.

Amazon are the best really, many parcels i order never get to me (its not just amazon) a parcel was sent 2 times and never got to to me, so they sent the 3rd one special delivery for free

And i miss amazon rental, when i use to loose a dvd i use to simply tell them and they use to get rid of the title no charge, but lovefilm charge you the full price!

So amazon are truly my favorite online store, oh and amazon prime is now free for a month! So i can now get my parcel next day free
