JustDial website - is there a problem

I'm having difficulties on the JustDial website.

I can access my account fine, but if for instance I try to go to 'Manage Numbers' or Help, the link simply fails and the 'Page cannot be displayed notice comes up.

I sent an email to JustDial customer care this morning to advise on the problem, but thus far there is no response from them.

Is anyone else having bother.?

Does anyone know if I can contact them by phone, I can't find any telephone number on the website.

I have sent an email to the MSE contact email, still no reply from any of my queries.

The website is still failing.

Has anyone had any problems with this organisation?

I'm getting a bit concerned as there appears to be no way to contact them other than by email and they ain't replying?

It is driving me mad.

I need to change my daughters phone numer with them and just can't get hold of them....

I signed up 'cos Martin lists them on his advice piece on cheapest home phones. If I had known how rubbish the service was I wouldn't have bothered !!
