Text Message Question

Hello clever techie people - I need some help please.

I have just got a new mobile (Sony Ericsson C905) which is replacing my old Nokia 6300. I do not want to lose all my stuff off my old mobile so have been transferring it to my Mac. I have used Bluetooth to transfer photos, ringtones, music etc. I have transferred all my phone numbers to my sim and will put on new phone that way. So I was feeling pretty sorted until it came to texts. I have quite a few soppy texts I want to keep and can't seem to find a way to transfer them to my Mac or Sim Card.

I had a hunt on the internet and have tried downloading both Nokia Multimedia Transferrer and a free download of BluePhoneElite 2 but neither work.

I have a old work PC but it doesn't have Bluetooth and I don;t have any cables to transfer.

All suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Im sure theres other ways to do it but the way id do it is to get a free payg sim and set it up and send the texts to that number or does the old phone take a memory card which you can use in the new phone as you could transfer the texts to the memory card

Doesn't the Nokia Data Suite allow you to download them to your PC?

Certianly does, it's called Nokia PC Suite though. You can get it here I think it is PC only though. You'll need a dta cable as well if the PC doesn't have Bluetooth. Do you know anyon you can borrow one off? Alternatively they're cheap on ebay and dealextreme.
It's my problem, it's my problem

Mac software is available - I've used to sync with iTunes etc. Not sure if it will do texts though
