bank charges and benifits

hi just wondering what the rules are with this are they allowed to take most of my benifits to pay for these bank charges and leave me borrowing money from family i have three kids one of which im a carer for so cant exactely go without money i have mentioned that i am on benifits to the bank of scotland many times and they dont seem to care this month alone they have charged me six £35 bank charges and two at £28 its getting beyond a joke and this all started because 2 direct debits came out early which is now having a serious knock on effect as you can see so any help advice that you can give will be greatly appreciated

    You need to open another account for your benefits to go into. A post office one would be fine. Then start the reclaiming process with the original bank.
